COVID-19 Update - 5/31/2020
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello Highcroft Homeowners.
As a result of Governor Kemp’s Executive Order from May 12, 2020, seasonal pools may now open if they have received a passing inspection from the health
department and have implemented the Georgia Department of Public Health’s required measures to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
There have been many questions concerning the opening
of the Pool amenities for the summer. Your HOA Board has consulted with CMA as well as the neighborhood attorney
as guidance to determine whether and how to open our community pool and tennis court facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We continue to receive updates and information daily. Based on these updates, the HOA Board has voted to open the pool on
Monday June 1, 2020 and to implement the Supplemental Rules of Use for Highcroft Community Common Areas and Amenities dated May 31, 2020. These rules may be changed at any time, without
notice.
These
are your amenities and we ask that you abide by the Supplemental Rules of Use. Failure to do so, may
result in the HOA Board closing the Pool, Tennis Courts and playground amenities until further notice. Several
neighbors have agree to be "surveyors" on a daily basis to ensure the general touch areas are disenfected daily
and rules are being followed by everyone using the amenities. If you are interested in helping with this effort, please send
an email to webmaster@highcrofthoa.com
